Description
Done in my trademark posterized style. 11x14 acrylic on canvas board. I hope I get an honorable mention or something, because this really screwed over my week. I spent about 12 hours total on it. I had to put all my commissions on hold because of it. When my friends asked me to hang out, I had to say no because I was busy with it. I missed homework assignments because of it. At least it was worth it, I'm fairly proud of this.
Afterthought: Who even started that whole #artissmart thing? Was it Gerard? Or did someone else say it and then he started saying it too?

Of all the pieces you included in your forum post, this is the one that I love the most! I love that I can tell it's a person's face and yet the top half sort of ascends into this glorious abstraction. The shapes in the background make this piece really visually interesting. I suppose my only critique would be that the Batman symbol looks a wee bit wonky, but that's nitpicking, really~
